Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2 PM ET leave our warehouse the next business day.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The system picks the fastest option for your ZIP code.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the World. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If the label is not printed yet, email support@trahereus.com with the correct address and your order number. This is not guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return window?

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

How do I start a return?

Do you charge for return shipping?

We provide a prepaid label and deduct the label cost from your refund.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds post to your original payment method within five business days after we inspect the item.
